Delivery times depend on the garments ordered, stock availability, artwork approval and the decoration method required.

Before production

• Product stock must be available
• Artwork must be suitable and approved where required
• Logo positions and decoration details must be confirmed
• Any proofing or clarification must be completed

Personalised order timing

For printed and embroidered garments, lead times normally begin once all artwork and production details are approved, not simply when the order is first placed.

Collection and local support

Where collection is available, we will confirm this with you during the order process. For time-sensitive orders, contact us before ordering so we can advise realistically.
