Returns for workwear and personalised clothing depend on whether the garment has been customised.

Personalised garments

Printed or embroidered garments are usually made to order and cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or the item supplied is incorrect.

• Check size guides carefully
• Confirm colours, quantities and logo positions
• Review artwork and spelling before approval
• Ask for help before ordering if you are unsure
