Refund Policy

This refund policy explains the general approach for plain and customised GoGo Designs products.

Plain products

Plain, unused garments may be eligible for return or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, subject to confirmation by GoGo Designs.

Customised products

Personalised, printed or embroidered items are made to order and normally cannot be refunded unless faulty, damaged or produced incorrectly.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or not as agreed, contact us promptly with your order number, photos and a clear description. We will review the issue and confirm the next steps.
