Best file types for logos
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG and some PDFs are usually the best choice because they can scale cleanly without becoming blurry.
When PNG or JPG files can work
High-resolution PNG files can be useful, especially when they have a transparent background. JPG files can work for some print jobs, but they often have backgrounds or compression marks that need checking.
Why embroidery needs extra checking
Embroidery turns artwork into stitches, so tiny text, gradients and photographic detail often need simplifying.
