Teamwear Ordering Checklist for Clubs and Schools
Use this checklist before ordering club clothing, school leavers hoodies, training tops or group event clothing.
Agree the garment range first
Group orders go wrong when everyone chooses something different at the last minute. Start by agreeing garment type, colour, logo position and personalisation rules.
Collect sizes carefully
Ask every person to choose their size using the product size guide. For school and club orders, set a firm deadline and avoid collecting sizes through scattered messages.
Check names and spellings
If names, numbers or initials are being added, proof the list carefully. Personalised items are much harder to correct after production.
Approve the artwork
Before production, check logo size, placement, colour and layout. A short approval stage can prevent expensive mistakes.
